To make Virginia the green science epicenter of the U.S., I am fighting for the next wave of critical reforms:

• Protecting Ratepayers from Data Center Costs: Virginia is home to a massive concentration of data centers, but everyday families are footing the bill for grid expansion. We must pass mandatory State Corporation Commission (SCC) review and fair cost allocation so tech operators pay for their own infrastructure.

• Enforcing Strict Environmental & Air Quality Standards: We need robust state oversight to rein in polluting diesel backup generators, mandate public transparency on resource consumption, and protect public health before any new facilities connect to our grid.

• Expanding Distributed Clean Energy & Agrivoltaics: We must streamline solar and battery deployment by opening up agrivoltaics to support our farming communities, scaling shared solar, and cutting through red tape.

• Driving Home Efficiency: Providing targeted tax credits for energy-efficient appliances and home weatherization technology to lower monthly utility bills for everyday Virginians.
